Saffer Plumbing traces its roots back to 1946, when John Kaiser founded the company with a commitment to honest work and dependable service in the Baltimore area. Not long after, Kaiser brought in his son-in-law, Michael Saffer—a D-Day Naval veteran—whose discipline and work ethic helped shape the company’s early identity. In the 1980s, leadership passed to Michael’s son, David Saffer. Under David’s guidance, the business grew steadily, building a reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and strong relationships with customers throughout the region.
Today, the company is led by Chris Saffer, who continues to expand and modernize the business while staying true to its roots. David remains closely involved as a trusted advisor, serving as a living bridge to the company’s history and values.
